If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive recurring text messages from us in two categories: (a) transactional and service messages, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, enrollment status updates, and replies to your inquiries; and (b) marketing and promotional messages, such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plan information, enrollment-period reminders, plan reviews, and educational content. Each category requires its own separate, explicit consent, and consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or any service.
4.2 How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting our booking form at before65benefits.com/contact-us and selecting the applicable consent checkbox(es). See our SMS Policy within our Privacy Policy for full details.
4.3 Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
4.4 Opt-Out & Help

4.5 Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability
Our SMS program may be available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation and availability are subject to change, and delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
4.6 Mobile Information Sharing
Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those services to you.
